LAICA Thermo Resistant bags are vacuum bags specifically designed for Sous Vide cooking. They are tested by specialist laboratories * and do not release unwanted substances during cooking even at high temperatures.
LAICA Thermo Resistant bags resist high temperatures (up to 100 °C).
LAICA Thermo Resistant bags are characterised by a thickness and a resistance that guarantees optimal performance, even for storage in the refrigerator and freezer.
