Like in other European and North American countries, the Italian drinking water supply is taken for granted, but there are still many countries today where a resource as fundamental as water is not available to all. The distribution of water resources is not homogeneous and consumption shows a profound imbalance in different areas. Moreover, the water available can be polluted by microbial contamination, heavy metals used in industrial processes and chemical compounds used in agriculture such as fertilisers and pesticides.

LAICA’s bi-flux® filter reduces chemical contaminants, pesticides, herbicides and heavy metals that may be present in tap water. The LAICA bi-flux® filter lasts for 60 days / 150 litres of filtered water.
The Germ STOPTM LAICA filter has been created with special technology that can block bacteria and eliminate water turbidity. The Germ STOPTM LAICA filter lasts a variable amount of time depending on the turbidity level of the tap water. It reduces 99.999% of bacteria*.
