Coconut water and Greek yogurt are the basis for a rich smoothie with almonds, banana, dark chocolate and peanut butter that will make you feel better from the first sip!

Method
1. Insert the coconut water into the graduated jug, then chocolate and almonds, cover with the lid.
2. Press the “PULSE” button 10 times, open the lid and insert the remaining ingredients: Greek yogurt, banana and peanut butter.
3. Close the jug well with the lid and connect the blender to the LAICA vacuum machine via the connector.
4. Create the vacuum in the graduated pitcher with your LAICA vacuum machine.
5. Remove the vacuum connector once the vacuum operation is completed.
6. Blend in manual mode by setting the knob for 30 seconds at speed 8 and increasing, then at speed 10 for an additional 30 seconds.
7. Open the lid letting in the air, pour the smoothie into the glasses and … enjoy your prize!
