Tiki Smoothie

Recommended after an intense workout, this smoothie provides the right amount of protein thanks to cottage cheese.
Peach, pineapple and passion fruit give the right boost of acidity and flavor to the smoothie based on coconut milk.
Coconut milk also contains a small percentage of arginine which has vasodilatory properties as it stimulates blood flow by improving the transport of nutrients to the muscles.

Method

1. First insert the coconut milk and then the ice in the graduated pitcher and close with the lid. Chop the ice with the “ICE CRUSH” function.
2. Once the ice has been chopped open the lid of the graduated jug and place flakes of milk, pineapple, peach and passion fruit pulp inside.
3. Close the jug well with the lid and connect the blender to the LAICA vacuum machine via the connector.

4. Create the vacuum in the graduated pitcher with your LAICA vacuum machine.
5. Remove the vacuum connector once the operation is completed.
6. Blend using the pre-set program “SMOOTHIE”.
7. Open the lid by letting the air in, pour the smoothie into the glasses and … take your strength back!
